Can’t even make an account.
Sign up doesn’t tell you what format your DOB should be. I tried a bunch of different variations. All “wrong format”. So now I cannot even make an account.
Terrible User Experience
First of all, the app is not user-friendly.
Second, it seems like the app is using a web UI, which is terrible and nearly unusable. It crashes constantly and won’t open, even after restarting. I have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it working again.
It might be better to remove this app from the App Store altogether.

The worst app for patient to doctor communication
I will be notified that I have a message from my doctor but no messages appear on my profile. I magically have multiple copies of my name as a member of my profile with no way to delete it. I also don’t have an option to delete an account if I wanted to.
There seems to be no history of my appointments and messages from my doctor.
