Not working

I bought printed book from them which is great. But online - everything is a mess. Tried downloading the app - also mess. Nothing works. Free material just doesn’t exist lol. It kinda downloads but then never opens. Impossible to use the app as well. It’s just empty.

Disappointing

Physical book is great but digital resources are impossible to access. App is dysfunctional and windows download of free resources results in firewall block when I try to open it..

SCAM WORST COMPANY AND APP

They do not respond to emails, it does not allow you to access your account no matter how many times you change the password you cannot enter your account, it is definitely a scam and a shame that
Apple allows deceptive apps.

Predatory, and Terrible

I echo the sentiment of a previous review I read. I rarely review apps but this company is hot garbage. I made the mistake of purchasing an ebook from them without realizing there is no way to export the ebook to your kindle library or download a pdf. This is obviously intentional to lock you into using their awful website and app. The app and website are very poorly designed, with no convenient way to zoom without messing up the whole page view and also no dark mode that I can find. I cannot tolerate reading ebooks without dark mode, and unfortunately once you buy the ebook there are no returns. This is the sort of predatory terrible business that drives people to piracy.

Terrible App and Business Model

I have never reviewed an app before but this one inspired me. The predatory and borderline scam model of ebook rental is preposterous to me. If you can avoid this company and application, do by all means. Buggy and clunky, the only reason they force customers to use this is to extort more money from those who have no other choice.

Cannot access app

Login credentials not valid even after registering on website (medmaster.net.) Changed password several times. Nothing worked.

We're terribly sorry that you had this frustrating experience. Because MedMaster takes its users' privacy and security extremely seriously, we make sure that a temporary password to access the app is sent to the email provided (you received this email) after purchase so we are 100% sure that the user is who they say they are. Once initially logged in with the temporary password, you can change back to whatever you like. Again, while this may be frustrating for some who don't read their emails carefully, it is important for us to ensure the utmost security for everyone who uses the app. Sincerely, Team MedMaster

No idea how to use

App asks you to create a login on MedMaster website, nowhere on MedMaster site to create login, therefore...nothing to login to this app with. Unfortunately, it’s unusable right now.
