It said life time access to all the notes with a single purchase.. however the free notes are limited. You will have to pay for each subject to get access to the complete notes. App description does not state that additional payment is required to gain access to individual subjects

I love it so much! Great Help for Medical Students. Thank you for creating this wonderful app, it really is helpful! I would highly recommend this to other students who are taking med course as well. Add 4th year as soon as possible.
