Terrible
Can’t do anything worth anything in the app without having your email pulled up on a different device since any time it need 2 factor and you switch to your email it logs you out and you have to start over again which also requires 2 factor… I respect the security but makes it impossible to get anything accomplished without 2 devices

Worst ever
Pray your company does not use MEDSURETY… worst user experience. Submit receipts for obvious payments to medical/dental caregivers. Delays on reimbursement dependent care submissions. Terrible
Scanner doesn’t even work
To check if items are eligible you are supposed to be able to scan the bar codes; this app doesn’t even work.
Can’t even get started
As soon as I log in with my username and password it asks me to select and answer 5 security questions. So I do that. Then I hit submit and then it wants me to select 5 more security questions and answer those. So I do that and submit. Then it tells me I have selected too many security questions and I can’t get anywhere passed that. So I never can get into the app or am able to use it. Is there something I’m missing or supposed to do?
