Good retailer, terrible app

Absolutely no reason for this app to exist. It has less functionality than the mobile site. And it nags you with notifications and ads. If it allowed me to easily manage my subscriptions and account information I might consider keeping it, but it can’t even do that right.

As an iOS developer, I can say I have not found many bugs in this app, which is great. Most importantly, the products are top quality.

Medterra Pain Relief Cream

I use this anywhere I have pain; my neck; my shoulders; my back; my knees. I have been diagnosed as needing a knee replacement, but when I have pain the 1000 ml CBD cream helps right away. I have sciatica in my back and down my leg and this CBD cream helps the pain there too. I can’t be without it.

Excellent Quality and Superior Customer Service

I’ve been using the Pain Cream for years and thankfully have been able to avoid knee replacement surgery. I also suffer from severe Fibromyalgia due to severe trauma from a lumbar back injury and severe auto accident fifty years ago. The cream works so well, immediately after applying just a small amount, I’m able to still work at a job I love. Thank you Medterra.

Useless.

The product they sell works great. The app on the other hand won’t even let me login and continuously tells me that my email is wrong or invalid, and when I go to reset the password, even though though it’s correct, it tells me that my account is still invalid but everything works perfectly fine on the website.

It’s great product!

I have always stayed away from any controlled substance. I’m a court employee, plus, I have multiple autoimmune disorders and already take a bunch meds. But, these are a great substitute for some three of my meds. Less lag, as system does feel kinda detoxed. Moderation is key. No need to increase dosage either and makes me have a few left over meds in case of another pandemic. lol Helps keep my bp in check, I sleep better, and my kids enjoy a more ‘chill’ mom.
