Great product, terrible app
This app is constantly crashing or having technical issues. The app refuses to load my subscription so I can make changes. Even the website doesn’t work correctly and neither will update payments properly. It makes it so hard to place orders. Then I’m offered a discount if I try to cancel but this doesn’t help if I need to update my card on file. So frustrating!

Login issues
The credentials I use to login to my account via Medterra’s website, does not work for their app (iPhone).
Gummies are A+, app is bad.
