تطبيقكم من البداية سيء وما يفتح المشكلة انكم تدعون بأنكم اول بنك الكتروني ولكن ما عندكم ثقة في منتجكم مسوين انكم سكيور لدرجة ان التطبيق ما يفتح 😒

بطيء بطيء جداً ويعلق لي سنتين ونص على نفس الحاله حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل يرفع الضغط والله لو مو مطلع تمويل ولا كان سحبت عليهم
Great app with room for improvement in credit card and salary cashback features
The app is smooth and functional overall. But two key areas really need attention:
1. Credit Card Section:
• No info on statement date or payment due date
• No option to automate minimum or full payment monthly—I have to do it manually every time
• Transactions are delayed (take 4+ days to show under the card)
2. Salary Cashback Campaign:
• After transferring my salary, there’s no way to track my eligibility for the 10% cashback offer
• No banner, status, or confirmation inside the app—even though the campaign terms are very specific
• A simple progress tracker or notification would help build trust and transparency
Hope to see these features added soon—it would really enhance the experience.

Best Bank app
I tried almost all Saudi digital and conventional banks. By far meem bested them all. I issued my credit card, additional card, and was auto enrolled to their rewards system at ease. Everything was digital and papaer free. You need to have a good financial record through !
