Always crashed for me
I’m always at the library and while I’ve never had to wait long to use the self-checkout stalls or go to a librarian, I thought I’d download this app since my library was advertising it. I thought it’d be like using the scanner option on my BJ’s app. However I could never get it to work and after five separate visits and failing each time, I just deleted the app.

First, I use this app exclusively. It’s wonderfully easy to use, never had any issues. It’s very smooth and responsive. I should mention that I work at a library, so Meescan was one of the many innovative softwares we adopted to make borrowing easier for our patrons during, you know, a whole pandemic. Those I’ve spoken to about it love it as well. If I HAD to nitpick, I would ask the developers to make the interface more.. accessible? Prettier? The dark red font that gives instructions might be hard for some users to read. [Took out portion of review where I said the due dates don’t show- they do! I’m blind :P] It’s a GREAT little app that gets the job done. I hope more libraries everywhere will adopt it. I love it!!!!

I like this app, but I wish there was a way to see what is the names of the loans are and the date when they’re due.
