Хороший і зручний додаток
Чудовий додаток, зручно отримувати посилки, єдине що не завжди можна змінити отримувача якщо замовлення прийшло в поштомат.
Служба підтримки в Україні практично недоступна , нереально змінити отримувача
Суть проблеми
• Відсутність зв’язку з підтримкою. Протягом трьох днів жодного живого оператора – лише автовідповідач «очікуйте вільного оператора».
• Неможливість переадресації. Через терміновий виїзд за кордон я попросила змінити отримувача (м. Одеса), але зробити це ні телефоном, ні через e-mail не вдалося.
• Ризик автоматичного повернення. Водій повідомив, що посилку планують повернути у Польщу, попри те що вона повністю оплачена й знаходиться на складі в Одесі.
• Проблеми з міжнародними номерами. Мій український номер у роумінгу працює, є Viber/Telegram/WhatsApp, але водії «не можуть» додзвонитися.
Наслідки
1. Три дні витрачено на безрезультатні дзвінки й листування.
2. Високий ризик, що посилка повернеться відправнику без моєї згоди.
3. Стрес та втрата довіри до сервісу.
Що було б доречно покращити
1. Жива лінія підтримки або хоча б зворотний дзвінок протягом 24 год.
2. Онлайн-форма для переадресації (завершення операції через Bank ID/ЕЦП або скан паспорта).
3. Підтримка клієнтів за кордоном: оператори, які можуть зв’язатися через месенджери чи e-mail без вимоги локального номеру.
4. Прозора інтеграція з партнерами (ROZETKA, Meest Post PL), щоб клієнт бачив єдиний маршрут і відповідав один контакт-центр.
Підсумок
Meest Express продемонстрував повну відсутність клієнтоорієнтованості у критичній ситуації. Якщо компанія не поліпшить канали зв’язку й не надасть можливість оперативно змінювати дані отримувача, не рекомендую користуватися їхніми послугами для міжнародних відправлень.

Not acceptable
The basic feature of this application is not working: sent packages dissapear from the list. I sent 4 different packages this month, in different dates - none of them is visible in the app. They are just gone.

The worst delivery app
I even cannot register or login, app has infinite loading. Register doesn’t work, it doesn’t move me to account after I have proven my phone number. Login has infinite loading. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I have just downloaded the app and it’s WOOOOOW! You have a map how you can reach the parcel. And the main thing, you can watch what is inside the parcel just in the app! I will put definitely 5!

Bad service
Sometimes ships by sea faster than by air. More than month passed from the moment my parcel came to warehouse in Delaware and was sent by air. This is nonsense. I’m very disappointed and regret that already ordered shipment for another parcel. Will definitely try out NP next time. Even ukrpost will be faster i guess.

Can’t reach out support
I spent 10 minutes on the phone, tried three different numbers, wrote to the chatbot and… nothing. The app itself doesn’t allow to keep the parcel if it’s overdue (I’m ready to pay for extended storage time).
Can’t use it
I got a delivery using your company (not my choice), and I have to have the app installed for the pickup. Now, I cannot install the app as it says there’s an error on your side. Hope the delivery doesn’t go back before I figure this out. Just, terrible service.

terrible customer support, I waited for an answer in the messenger all day and in the end I still didn't get an answer, when you call customer support you can wait a long time and in the end no one will pick up the phone, I need my order!
Worst app ever
This is the worst delivery app I’ve ever used. My package has been delivered to Kyiv 13 days ago. Meest just don’t deliver my package to my house and postpone the day of delivery over and over. Neither app nor support team help me with this issue. They say same words everyday “ we’re very sorry, we will make everything possible to solve this issue”, but the delivery just keeps postponing.
I can’t even go to their warehouse to take it by my own. It even can take more time than this “regular” delivery.
I am reaching them couple of times during the day everyday via mobile call and telegram, but nothing works.
If i knew what experience I would have with Meest, I would have never ordered anything through them

Worst delivery service I ever tried
Just the worst postal service company I ever seen. My package was delayed in delivery for two weeks! And those two weeks I am talking is after the parcel arrived to my city! They were just not delivering it! Support is just not existent, I called them like 5 times and every time only answer I was getting is “wait for notification”. No details, no problem solving. Nothing. Avoid this company at all costs!

The worst delivery service in Ukraine
Horrible app, change default delivery address as it wants. The parcels regularly delivered to wrong address. JUST DO NOT TOUCH MY PACKAGES from Aliexpress!!!!!!
Always technical issues
I got message “your order was delivered to other place due to technical reasons” more than on half of my orders! Some of them was few kilometres far!

No updates when forwarding parcels
Have to contact support every time to check on the progress.
Also the forwarding (for a fee!) is slow as a snail. Avoid meest at all costs.
