Service is good, but the app still needs more testing.
Booked through the app, everything went well with the booking. But it was impossible to leave a text review to a host. The text field is covered with keyboard and the Send review button and I can’t move anything to see what I’m typing. Please test your app with a Large Fonts setting.
The best place to find flats for reasonable prices
I’m using Ciao for a very long time and it’s the best place to sublet from real people who give you their rent price. So you are not paying 5x of Airbnb prices. I rented with Ciao at Madeira, Berlin, Barcelona, London and it always was amazing & great price

App doesn’t work
Installed the app. Had difficulties registering - text fields are covered with keyboard so typed blindly. Then before I even had a look to what is listed - paywall poped up. And you can’t move it or close it or go back. App wasn’t tested with large fonts setting.

J’ai téléchargé l’application pour voir l’offre de logement mais impossible d’aller plus loin que la page me demandant de souscrire à un abonnement pour payer : en haut à droite l’option “pas maintenant “ ne fonctionne pas et m’oblige pas défaut de sélectionner un abonnement ??

En mettant l'application à jour vers la dernière version, vous pourrez passer l'écran d'abonnement sans problème et consulter les logements.
