‘Appointments’ option unavailable

I had booked the video appointment via their website and later got an instruction email saying download the app and activate it for the video consultation. I followed all the step but it doesn’t have the appointment option to select and start the consultation.

call connectivity and real time updates

i was not able to get consultation on video so i got a suggestion to call the doctor
after the IVR the call gets disconnected
also if the doc is not available for consultation at least inform the patient
