App Freezed on Login Screen
After the latest update, the app is completely unusable on my iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 15.8. It gets stuck on the login screen, and no buttons work. Please fix this bug.
Serious issue with the app not functioning at all with the voiceover screen reader on the iPhone
Over past few years the app has worked largely fine, for me, a user of it on the iPhone using the VoiceOver accessibility. this version, version 2.0 has been glitchy to say the least, but it has worked okay with some patience until last four days and now when I open it using VoiceOver, the first edit field is all that is seen and tapping to type anything into it doesn’t do anything. I have raised it with my manager and also provided further details.
How much thought has been given to VoiceOver and other access technology users in the development of this app and updates to systems generally?
Can the issue be looked at urgently so that people in my position can continue banking independently with confidence as before. And what’s the alternative for access technology users while the issues are resolved? So at the moment: 0(zero) stars from me, but the good news to end this message on to the developers from me is that the only way from here is upwards. So please prioritise and resolve the accessibility issues as soon as possible. Many thanks

Very unstable app
Crashes too often. Which is really inconvenient because Meezan is now my primary account and there is significant dependency on the app.

Frustrating Experience with update
I am having a very frustrating experience trying to access my account. I am not able to log in despite entering the correct credentials. Following the suggested steps, I attempted to use the “Forgot Password” option to reset my details, but that process also failed and did not resolve the issue. While logging in, it seems the software is processing something, however, nothing happens.
I even tried clearing the app cache as recommended, but nothing worked. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially since there seems to be no immediate fix from the developer side.

I’m overseas and i use this app ever since you update this app i am unable to login and do transactions a lot of my work is paused because of this stupid service i can’t even contact you because my registered number is in Pakistan i will get rid of this bank next time when i will come pakistan
