Love the simplicity of adding money to my savings account, paying loans, adding my BofA checking accounts for myself and my daughter for transfers. Highly recommend, it helps not having to go to a sister Credit Union waiting in line, when transactions can be accomplished via Marriott’s app!
Terrific - Remote Deposits - Whoever knew it was even possible?
Love this, similar to the familiar website. Electronic deposit of checks is available. I haven’t been to a branch since I was laid off during the plague, over three years.I may never go to the branch again!

I have been a credit union member for years. This is the best thing that they have done to create this beautiful app. Easy to use and very safe because I use my face recognition

Atleast once a month my Home Screen go blank I can’t see my balance or anything I have to go to transfer money just to see my balance it last about a week
Absolutely love the app
This app is soo convenient to use. Whether you’re transferring money between accounts or just checking your balance. I absolutely love the Marriott Credit Union App!
Customer service
Had an issue I called customer service spoke to Jason and I would like to say he was awesome straight to the point and help me a lot understand my account
Upgrades questionable
I do 99% of my banking either on the app or online. When the upgrade occurred I lost the colored entries in my accounts (red debit, green credit). Really just an inconvenience. Occasionally when depositing checks on the app it gives a “session timed out” notification seconds into the transaction.
Easy to navigate
I am excited to be apart of the MEFCU. The app is convenient and easy to navigate. If you are a member I strongly suggest you download the app and use it for your convenience!
Great mobile app and use it often
This app had a rocky start, but with the enhancements, it is one of the best and friendliest I use with compared to other mobile banking apps. New features and functionality definitely helped transform the app to a more friendly experience. I would have given it 5 stars except the statements sometimes take a couple of days.

Great app
This app can is convenient for moving money from account to account, and pay my mini Loan. Hopefully they continue improving adding more to it. They need to update the app and locations for cash deposits other then only the branch. Please update where we can send money like “Zelle” also you can’t connect you’re card to Appel Pay on your phone.

Accessible and Easy
Since Marriott Employee Federal Credit Union doesn’t have many locations it’s nice to have an app to look up your accounts. Being in a pandemic really changed my perspective on visiting shared branches, so I’m glad the app is available.
This credit union WAS good
Had this company for a very long time. Added fees, and charges made it’s stars go down for me. The card always seem to be unusable three to four times a year, and they want you to paid another $10 for a new one. They make/TAKE your money in so many ways.
There’s small amounts of money missing from my account that I don’t touch every month. I asked an call agent (some guy) and he panicked and hung the phone up on me!!! The call agents have all been trained it seems with bad attitudes. I really don’t like calling and get the help I’m looking for. Wish there was a zero star and a replacement of all the call agents!!!! 🤬😡🤬😡

Slow and not as easy to use as other financial institutions’ mobile apps
Second update: the two-step verification method is also antiquated and time consuming. Options are: email or phone call. No option to get a secure text. The phone call starts with a rambling asking if I’m I’m the intended recipient and while only taking a few seconds, feels like an eternity waiting to get through so I can press 1 to say I’m the intended recipient. Hate that part of the process.
Update: still slow compared to other apps. Just not that good overall. I use it only because I have to; no other option.
It’s functional and does the basics. All other apps for financial institutions I use have an auto picture feature which the MEFCU app still does not have. Otherwise, it’s a useful app and I do like the ability to see copies of cashed checks.

This is just okay
I think this app could be more updated and user-friendly. The look of the app is outdated. This app could be so much more improved if it had a different layout look and fix certain bug and loading issues. Sometimes the app freezes or takes soo long to load when navigating throughout the app.
Transfer of funds
Cannot figure out how to set up my bank so I can transfer money there. Easy on my Bank of America app but not yours. I have to write checks to deposit instead. Very frustrating!
Ok but could be better
This app is ok. It could use some work. Like being able to transfer funds to both accounts not just one and bring able to apply for a loan via app or online not psychically have fill out a form.
