Doesn’t allow to attach documents no matter what you do. Face ID login experience is inconsistent.
Worst FSA provider
Constantly denying receipt uploads and requesting new information to approve claims, absolutely ridiculous.
Log in doesn’t work
Not sure if this is a scam but I haven’t been able to log in ever. For weeks I’ve been able to log in from computer but when I input the same thing into the app it says incorrect login. Changed my username and password in case I was wrong and that didn’t work either. Don’t waste your time. I can’t tell if this is fraudulent

Unable to Log In
From working to complete despair. Reset password and it doesn’t recognize. Misery
Extremely poorly designed app
One of worst apps I’ve dealt with. Log in is nearly impossible. Password requirements are archaic and NOT secure. This is both length and requirement to change passwords. Therefore, I have to write the password down…completely insecure. I’d complain more, but since I can’t log in, even once I create a new password, using the PASSWORD I JUST CREATED, I can’t even get to the rest of the app to rate this.
Given that I do have some influence at my workplace, I’ll be working to change the insurance administration to a competent company.
