Not worth existing
Honestly, just a poor wrapper for their website, but it’s actually worse. At least the website doesn’t make me do the 2FA every time I launch it. And despite what the screenshots say, this does not allow you to add your insurance card to Apple Wallet. This app has no justifiable reason for existing, and Dean should be embarrassed by it.

Useless or at the least not user friendly
Downloaded this app to add my member id card to my Apple wallet and despite multiple places online saying this is possible, there is no “id card” section in the app only a print/view id card which actually takes you to an internet browser with general account information.
The functionality of this app overall is terrible. It logs you into your account and the “app” is one page of options that when you select any it takes you to the information in a browser within the app and then it does not function in the app/browser hybrid I.e. buttons that you click do not work and there is no option to go back to the main app menu only “close” which logs you out of the app entirely. And with regard to login, it has options to save username or to remember device and save login information both of which do not work (despite being selected every time I have logged in 5+ times now) so you have to enter all your information every time and get a verification code every time. Which is a lot because once you click one option in the app’s main page the only option after that is to “close” which logs you out. Do not recommend. Fix this app or take it out of service.

Can’t find pay premium tab anywhere in the app so frustrating
The worst app to ever exist
This app is so frustrating. Constantly crashes, you log in and get pass the verification code only to be logged out. Even when you say don’t ask me again to revive a code, it still makes you do it every time. When you finally get in don’t try clicking on anything. It will just crash again. So stupid and annoying. This is a billion dollar industry and you can’t even make a functioning app. Pathetic.

Just a poorly made front end to their web site
This is a glorified web view app, but it doesn’t save any login information despite checking the box to remember username or 2FA device. If you close the “login” window, which is where you stay to do what little you can do in the app, then you have to log in again.
I could not get my ID card to add to my Wallet like it says in the description. That’s the main reason I installed it. The app is useless. Use their website and save some frustration.
