Constantly denying receipt uploads and requesting new information to approve claims, absolutely ridiculous.
Log in doesn’t work
Not sure if this is a scam but I haven’t been able to log in ever. For weeks I’ve been able to log in from computer but when I input the same thing into the app it says incorrect login. Changed my username and password in case I was wrong and that didn’t work either. Don’t waste your time. I can’t tell if this is fraudulent

Extremely poorly designed app
One of worst apps I’ve dealt with. Log in is nearly impossible. Password requirements are archaic and NOT secure. This is both length and requirement to change passwords. Therefore, I have to write the password down…completely insecure. I’d complain more, but since I can’t log in, even once I create a new password, using the PASSWORD I JUST CREATED, I can’t even get to the rest of the app to rate this.

receipt upload problems
Seriously? receipt upload from the camera/photos only? That’s so frustrating. What happened to the common-sense option to upload a pdf from a file?
Now I have to find a printer and take a photo of a wasted piece of paper to upload a receipt that came to me electronically. Infuriating process.

WRONG APP FOR MEMBERS!
As a new Medica member I downloaded this app and like others could not access. This is the wrong app. Look for the “Medica Members “ app and not this one (OneSource). It frustrated me like others
Bad app
Medica is part of employer hlthplan. As the others have stated, every time I want to check my deductible, I have to recreate a different password. Please have some pride in your apps, developers. With all due respect of course.

No stars... hard to rate an App you can’t even get into! Tried numerous times to log on and getting no where! Even tried working with others to get in and every time user id or password is wrong!!
One star is too high
This app is awful. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. It frequently gives a random generic error message that says I could not submit my reimbursement request. Must keep trying and eventually it is successfully submitted. Boo. F
App is Broken
Unable to log in even when double checking username and password. On the computer they work but apparently on the app it’s no good. Please resolve as we are unable to submit receipt for claims without it.
Improved Usability
I’ve noticed the login bug has not been as big of an issue as of late - convenient app for keeping all my health financial accounts in order!

Same as others; I can log in on my computer just fine, but it won’t work for the app.

What good is an app if you can’t log in? I can log in from a PC just fine, but it’s a no go from the app.
Garbage - Won’t log on
Updated my credentials via website (which was a huge pain in the neck since I had to unknowingly re-register for whatever reason and the process makes setting a secure password difficult) and went to check in the app and they don’t work. Great to know that that app touted by the insurance company will work flawlessly in an emergency. Garbage! 0 stars.

Worthless
This app is worthless and I would give 0 stars if I could. It wouldn’t let me log in and I changed my password twice and each time it told me my password was incorrect. I ended up logging in on my computer and had to use my original log in. What is the point of an app that doesn’t work?
