Can’t watch what I want
I really only downloaded this app to watch a show that I can’t find anywhere else, and after having to give them my info, make an account, and only watching for 20 minutes, it wants me to upgrade from my free plan to some other one I have to pay for. I don’t rlly know the use of this app, but if it’s a storage related app I think I should get more than 20 minutes of a show in. Also, after the notifs kept popping up, I looked at the data saying I used 0 of my space in the app, so that proves to me that the free plan basically doesn’t exist. Awful app from my 30 minutes of experience…

Transfer quota exceeded in 15 seconds
Need the app for phone since the phone browser doesn’t support streaming from mega. Buuuut with the app you can only actually stream something like 10mb before they say you have to pay. If you are on desktop it is totally free no matter the file size. Trash app trying to steal your money, just use your computer. Also don’t let them track you.

It help me edit when making videos for curtain things like having access to a higher quality video since it’s way more better than screen recording for the same thing and it’s also pretty fast when downloading stuff
Nonfunctional Ipad App
I cannot download files on ipad. The app has an “export file” button. It doesnt do anything at times. i dont even get feedback to see if a download is happening. This is for like, 20 mb files, nothing horrible.
Basically unusable unless you have extremely strong wifi or good luck. I need an extra tap to get to my favorites from home when it should be up front.
If these issues are fixed I will revise my review. Until then, I’d recommend another service if Ipad is your primary device

No file downloading in the background
The developers apparently don't know about background file downloads yet. It's incredibly inconvenient to download 250 videos onto 100+ GB of storage and then not be able to use the phone. That's incredibly frustrating. Otherwise it's very good, but downloading files is a complete and irritating hell.

I've been using this app for a long time, I love it but I’m not loving the new media player UI. Could you add a feature in the future that lets me switch back to the old one?
