Does not recognize my playlist. receive time out error while it works fine with the other players

Please write us at support email, we are happy to help you out. A timeout error usually means the IPTV provider’s server is not responding in time or is temporarily unavailable. Even if the playlist appears to work in another player, that app may be showing old cached playlist data or previously loaded stream information. Please try refreshing the playlist, checking with your IPTV provider, or testing again later when their server is stable.

Update is a let down
Updated review again. Version 2.1.7 was supposed to have clickable links in the program guide. I can not find any that open from the EPG Updated review. After installing 2.1.6 the favorites option is now working. However I have not found any program that links from the program guide. The main issue is fixed. I have the most recent updated version of this app. I got a message to update to 2.1.5 That is what I am using and still not working. What have you done? I have a lifetime membership and I keep getting a purchase screen when I open the program. I can’t mark favorites and lost the ones I had. I got a notification from Apple saying that the issue was fixed. Wrong. Still can’t set favorites. Why break something that was working? I saw there was another new updated so I tried it. Still can’t mark favorites.

Great app & great service
Have used this app for a long time and I feel it is the best one available, premium service is worth it as able to download for viewing when offline - only ever had to raise one technical issue and it was dealt with promptly 😁

You can’t close ads.
They used to be the best one out there for but now you can’t close the ads. The people making the ad clearly do not care as long as they are getting their ad revenue

From functional to abominable
I love this app right until this morning when the new update came out. I don’t know if it’s the same for people with eyes but for me at least I can’t restore my purchase. I can’t open a playlist. I can’t watch ANYTHING! I can’t contact support. App has gone to garbage. Which is a shame because it was really perfect for my needs
