Auction items
I have paid for several items over a month ago but have not recieved any but 2. 2 other items are missing. I wont be bidding anymore until i recieve all items including missing items. I have copied the invoices including paid receipts.

This auction is great to get good deals until you are sent an item that was not as described. Or one that is definitely not new even though the ad says it is. These problems are becoming more frequent. Customer service is very poor and very very slow to respond.
Good luck getting your money back for items that were not as described. The closest I’ve got was a credit, which meant I would have to buy something else.
Beware of the extra fees that get added to each purchase. A fee of $2.50 per item plus 18% as well as GST and PST get added to each item purchased.

Buying Garbage
Classic bait & switch.
Mega Savers describes items as 3/3 quality (like new) though in reality this is very far from the truth; most items come broken, missing parts, similar but time but different colour/style.
Big disappointment- it’s basically buying the garbage that gets returned broken/heavily used to Amazon/Temu etc.
Customer service uses Zendesk service and sends screenshots of them supposedly having already replied to return requests, of which these ghost-like emails are never to have been seen and are non-existent (yes the junk folder gets checked).
After getting screwed more often than finding really greats deal, Mega Savers has earned the rating of AppDeletion coupled with HardPass.

Frustrating with frequent errors being the norm
It’s great when it works out and I’m sure they could do better if they wanted to. Service is getting worse lately since a year ago with more frequent errors and slower customer service response times for processing returns. Across several orders I’ve picked up in the last couple weeks, 11 items were problematic (mostly careless mistakes of sending the wrong item when the product boxes state the item is different than the auction description). This is now around 60% of the items I’ve ordered. Previously it had been closer to 25% of the orders being wrong, missing parts or damaged when listed at 3/3. I’ve noticed boxes are missing lot #s recently as well, which seems to be slowing down the return process and I have not yet heard back whether or not these items will be accepted for return & credit.

Customer service SUCKS
I had 2 packages with 2 tracking numbers for pick up. When I went there, the second one was nowhere to be found so I was told they would track it down and let me know. It is now TWO MONTHS LATER and I have not received anything! I have tried to reach out a number of times and have been told “it’s past the 14 days for pick up etc.” BUT I went there to pick up within the 14 days. I have been going in circles with these guys and getting NO WHERE!! I hate not being able to talk to someone on the phone.

Disorganized
The information isn’t all correct on items, the prices to compare to are all over the place, shipping takes 3-4 weeks to get to Yorkton. Not 2 as I’ve been told. I haven’t gotten any shipping information or that my items have been shipped and I was told when I asked about shipping times that there has been an item shipped. Very disorganized.

Wish we got what we thought we purchased
I’ve now purchased from 4 of their auctions now. The first one everything was good. 2nd one things that said they were 3/3 good condition came broken and not with all the pieces and well I bought 3 bras 2came and they weren’t the ones advertised so very disappointing. Also a long strand of outdoor lights came not working as well. On top of this some of our items never came that we purchased and there is t any place to on the app to see your purchase and see what they delivered from your purchase. So we aren’t aware it these items are missing or just not here yet but it’s been weeks since the auction.

Beware
My issue is not with the app, it is with the company itself. False listings and customer service that is so poor it will shock you. I will never do business with them again.
Total rip off.
The buyer premium you pay for an item you bid on is an absolute rip off and a joke. You bid on an item and then get charged 18% on every dollar you spend. So you’re ultimately paying 23% tax on what you buy. Will no longer be using this app.

They’ve messed up three of my items. I’ve been emailed the email provided every day for the past week and I’ve yet to hear anything back. I have well over $100 worth of incorrect things. This is just ridiculous.
Quality Drop
The last auction I was part of was insulting. I bid on used shoe insoles despite them rated as 2/3. All items were less than expected and half should not have been considered worthy merchandise. I understand a need to fill auctions, but not at the expense of loosing bidders. I will carefully scrutinize the products, if I even decide to bid, I suggest you do the same. Im so soured I may close my account.

Three times i bid on items and received totally different items not remotely close to what i bid on! Terrible customer service takes forever to hear back if you do! Do not recommend dont waste your time or money!

Big items
Where are all the big items like summer time patio furniture pools etc , tools meat processing equipment now it seems like a lot of dollar store items knickknack stuff and there should be a blend of big items and small items. I have an order for a long time nor will I with those items thank you

They send broken/wrong products, or don't send the product at all. And don't refund the money, The support service takes a long time to respond and writes the same thing. They ask for evidence, you send it and they ask for it again

This auction lists items as 3/3 open box new, only to provide used junk that’s broken, cracked, missing parts or all the above upon pickup. They tell you a credit will be issued & u have a year to use it, but when u go to use it in another auction it doesn’t get applied & they charge your credit for $ you’ll never get back. I’ve been stuck in a loop with them on multiple items.

This auction is a scam! I won an item that said new in box and they are not new at all they have food slopped all over it. I have reached out for help with zero response. This is a SCAM!
