Pages don’t load
Pages take too long to load or simply won’t load.
Navigation & Info
Not intuitive and missing keys elements within current build - missing simple things (show floor hours), (merchant search) - the schedule is not categorized for shopping, photo ops, it’s separated by room which is great but the app is not helpful.
Not updated with latest info.
it’s just over two weeks before the Colin, and while there’s plenty of info about schedule of panels, etc. on the website, NOTHING on the app!
Delayed information
I don’t like the fact that most information is not on the app until the week of the con. This makes trying to plan very difficult. I want to plan for an autograph and it’s still showing tbd
Make the map available offline please.
The map takes forever to load. It should be cached and available offline. Screenshots are too low-res to zoom in and read the ridiculously tiny text.
Most peeps have no internet or cell signal in the expo hall (brutal) so it’s unusable.
Cool features I was grateful for:
- Reminder notifications
- Guests tab (would love one for expo booths & artists as well)
- Saving stuff to my schedule & favorite guests to refer to later

No map, no schedule, no timeslots
Room for improvement
While it may not be the top-notch app available, it enables users to view the list of attendees and the conventions schedule.
Improved
It worked well in 2023, but it was a flop in 2022. I think they improved. I hope they add wait times for certain events and celebrities.
