Оплатила за тариф, служба поддержки дала рекомендации сбросить до заводских настроек устройство чтобы установить есим. Деньги отказались возвращать. Предложили еще доплатить чтобы получить новый qr. Не рекомендую, в моменте даже мысль появилась что это мошенники

megacom ужасны

однажды меня в офисе обманули, сказав что в роуминге все будет работать, потом в поддержке не выдаои вводных на документы полных и в итоге я еще на 200$ влетел с доверенностями.
и вот прошло время, захожу, говорит качай мегапей, там классно. в итоге без моих данных не пускает, хотя как их может не быть если я симкарту покупал у вас в офисе.
в общем, технологичность данного оператора оставляет желать лучшего
