App keeps changing my home store to places over 50 miles away. I have changed no settings. Get tired of searching for an item only to find it’s a store 50 miles away. Fix it!
Confusing
Meijer has changed to a system of organizing their in store products that is so confusing some of their employees struggle to even explain it to me. How am I supposed to understand “Aisle C|1 Section: 2” when it’s a tiny postage-stamp-sized label on the bottom shelf of an aisle with a giant number on the sign hanging over the aisle? Please make this a little easier to understand so simple people like me can figure it out on our own. Thank you!

App never words
Every time I place a pick up order, I cannot change the order. I cannot push that I’m here and a lot of of the times the coupon do not apply which they will take full amount of money out and then say hey we will give you Myers points because we can’t refund you for coupons. Over this!!!

Garbage App and Zero Help with M Perks…
Good luck in getting any assistance in any store with signing into a M Perks. The app hardly ever works also. I’ve been fighting over a year just to get help with this app from anywhere or anybody. I’ll go to Wal-Mart instead for good discounts and deals. At least the food is fresh. That’s about it.

Meijer’s coupons
I have updated my app and I should be having my coupons on the bottom of the immerse app and I still don’t have my coupons. I’ve deleted it reinstall it did everything I was supposed to do that. I still don’t have my coupons at the bottom of the Meijer impact page.

Coupons
I use to be able to clip a coupon and see what all it was applied to. I also use to be able to delete coupons I wasn’t interested in. This is so frustrating.
Never works
I can place an order but all other options are completely useless - cannot view, edit or indicate I’m on my way or at store using app. Completely useless
Overheats my phone and crashes often
I use the app a lot, but my phone does get really hot. Yes it’s updated. I also notice some items will disappear from your cart, which you don’t notice when you’re shopping a big order.
Coupon search sucks
This app hides coupons when you search for them. There have been multiple times I have seen a coupon when casually scrolling through them. However, when you search for the same coupon with the item name it says “ No Coupon Found”
For example, if I see a coupon for a brand of hot sauce, and I search “Hot Sauce” nothing comes up. You must include the exact brand name for it to populate correctly.

Very disappointed in ‘updates’
Not sure why the new app/version went backwards. Aren’t upgrades/updates to make more user friendly and effective for the business.
With this new/updates I’m spending way less money than prior to ‘new and improved’.
Less options to filter, for example in clipped coupons you can no longer sort by ‘department’. It’s made it difficult to shop coupon items effectively.

Gets worse as years go on
I love meijer, but the app has consistently gone down hill over the years. It’s either freezing or crashing, or both. Some of the best features have been removed like showing how much more money you need to spend for a coupon to apply. Or the whole pharmacy situation - total drag. If I could find scripts cheaper elsewhere, I’d go elsewhere, solely because they removed the ability to handle scripts within the app. The web application is terrible and such an inconvenience. Then the features that barely function - like when you clip a coupon, you should be able to click on it to see what items the coupon applies to. Nope. Doesn’t work majority of the time. And lastly, the time frame for my last few pick up orders keeps being changed. I’ll choose a time frame (I.e., 4-5pm), and the app will show my chosen time frame, but then I’ll get an email and a text that says my pick up time is different, like 12-1pm. Honestly, I hate the Kroger app, but everything about the meijer app makes the Kroger app look like a genius designed it. Might just start going to Kroger instead.

No Store Map
There’s no store map, it just tells you to look at the stickers on the shelves. But if you have no idea where Section H is, you can’t find H12. This is a basic feature in store apps. Disappointed.
Sadly app doesn’t work 🥲
I really wanted this after work. I love Meijer. The app just doesn’t work now. Does a website for me for some reason it’s not letting me order delivery. The only reason it’s not one star is the customer service has been excellent. Their tech support team is currently working on it with me and keeping me in the loop. I hope it’s something they figure out because I don’t wanna go with the other mega box store for my shopping needs. Will definitely update the post once the issue is resolved if it is.

Sort/Categorize Capabilty
I have been using the Mejier app for several years and I have liked it. However the latest update has made it a challenge. I can no longer sort according to the coupon categories I’ve filtered on. Items are all over the place. I can lo longer see the category headers so I have to filter one category at a time. I would also have the option to go to list view vs grid view.

Double charging
I am sick and tired of getting charged twice on pick up orders! Idc if it falls off or not... it still takes money out!
Stalls
I now have the app on my iPhone 14 with the latest iOS. I just installed the latest update. The app now stalls on the startup screen with an “M” and a circle going around.
A Monkey on Cr@ck can code better.
It barely works. Barely loads. You think for the different prices I might add between an in person store visit and online they do better. It is beyond painful to use. Isn't it enough you screw customers on price and quality now you have to do extra?
