Broken Password system
Completely broken password system. Won’t allow paste and a bunch of other issues. It’s 2026, why are apps this broken still?
Terrible app,
It doesn’t let me create a new account or log into my previous one. It doesn’t send anything to my email when I try to get into my old account, and when I try creating a new account it keeps flagging my password even though it follows all the requirements.
Tech issues
I love the app for everything I am able to do but the most frustrating thing is I have never been able to edit or update my order through the app ever, I’ve always had to log in through the web browser to edit and change my orders when I need to add or take something off. I’ve tried logging out, deleting and reinstalling, just about anything I could think of to reset it but it acts as though they are not buttons/links and the page just stays without even a flash like it is trying to do something.

Out of Stock in store but not app
The store is FREQUENTLY sold out of items that are not listen as out of stock in the app
On my way
This app doesn’t seem to let you click on the On My way button. I always have to show up to the store and text them. This has become frustrating.
Not worth the time genuinely
The app it’s self is like useful in like showing pictures along with deals but, it’s very glitchy. Nothing likes to load when i try to pick up or deliver at times i have to use 3 different devices to even get anywhere or re-download multiple times.
Please bring back a dedicated pharmacy app
Simple to just bring back a dedicated pharmacy app or close the pharmacy need a dedicated app
Obviously a bad company
I don’t see a single recent positive review for this app or good things being said about the stores themselves and must agree with them on the constantly the same reasons why. The app is downgraded every update. The aspect that the company itself wants to do different prices for people based on data. The destruction of the pharmacy services by the destruction of the pharmacy app. The ridiculously high cost of items for no reason. The list goes on and on. Thank goodness i left meijers years ago and am only about to go in for my tabs. Love Aldi, everyone should switch so more of them get built.

Meijer just not worth it anymore
What is the point of having mperk coupons when you don’t carry that item? Got a coupon, go to the store can’t find the item, doesn’t help that every meijer near me is renovating again so every aisle is mislabeled, search for the item in the app only for it to tell me that it can’t find anything matching. Been a loyal meijer shopper for almost 50 years but I think I’m finally done.

Logs me out
Meijer is my preferred grocery store, however the app is ridiculously glitchy. I regularly get logged out of my account, then get an error message when trying to sign back in. The only way to fix it is to delete the app entirely and then download again.
Fix the pickup options
In store, this app is great. The shop & scan option is awesome and helps me get in and out of the store quickly. The pickup option needs work on the actual pickup portion. Building my cart and checking out is easy but when it comes to viewing out of stock items or approving substitutions, the buttons do not work. Neither do the ‘I’m in my way’ and ‘I’m here’ options. Fix those and the app would be a lot more helpful.

Inaccurate information
According to the app 3 different flavors of Italian ice are in stock, with only one in low stock. But three employees checked and all said there’s none whatsoever in the entire store. Waste of time and gas driving from out of town to the supercenter. And hours later the app still claims that they’re all in stock.

PLEASE update for iPhone
I use this app for work and it’s generally helpful, however, the UPC for different items are only listed/available on Android versions of this app. Meanwhile, this app is running super slowly when I’m inside the store and all I can see is a price. But I’d love the upc. For the love of Sandy, please consider your Apple coworkers.

Lots of glitches
Love this app but there's lots of glitches, especially when using an ebt card. A lot of the times it won't load at checkout.
Contact Number Issue
When placing a pick up or delivery order and asked to enter your phone number, it doesn’t matter what you put. It doesn’t register and just keeps the account holders number. So, if I need my husband to get the notifications because I’ll be at work I am still getting the notifications. This is extremely inconvenient. Please fix this.

One issue: logging you out
There is absolutely no reason for an app in 2026 to log you out essentially every week. None.
Junk app
You have to disconnect from store wi-fi for it to work. They don’t want you using it in the store.
POS
This app never wants to load, and every time you try to use it you have to login.

App keeps changing my home store to places over 50 miles away. I have changed no settings. Get tired of searching for an item only to find it’s a store 50 miles away. Fix it!
Confusing
Meijer has changed to a system of organizing their in store products that is so confusing some of their employees struggle to even explain it to me. How am I supposed to understand “Aisle C|1 Section: 2” when it’s a tiny postage-stamp-sized label on the bottom shelf of an aisle with a giant number on the sign hanging over the aisle? Please make this a little easier to understand so simple people like me can figure it out on our own. Thank you!
