Awful
App constantly fails and requires repeated logins. Regularly forgets the account password which then requires a password reset request. Rather than fix the issues with the app Meijer is discontinuing the app starting July 1st and pushing a website.
Useless app
Forced to change my password every time I try to log in; app never recognizes my new credentials. Completely unusable.

Great app!
The app is wonderful for tracking your prescriptions! You can set reminders for when a refill is due, and it even has the option to send a notice to you Dr when a new script is needed!
One improvement I would like is for the app you allow you to see how many scripts you have remaining for the controlled substances. Docs can write a script for 3 months (3 separate scripts are sent to pharmacy), but the patient cannot see when they’re on the last one - which is when an in-person appt is required with your Dr for the next set of 3-month scripts! Most might find this easy, but Autistic ADHD persons forget easily and typically have issues with tracking “time”, so this would be a small, super helpful update to avoid the patient running completely out (since refills can’t be called in until the EXACT day of the following month … which isn’t accurate when you only get 30 pills and several months have 31 days!!
Also, for these types of meds, a text to notify the patient when a different manufacturer’s pill is substituted as they don’t always work the same!

UI is terrible
Everytime I log in I go to prescriptions or another tab and it freezes up. Not once have I been able to actually use the app and I always need to call. I have an up to date app and IPhone 15 so it’s not on my end.

It took me several tries to register onto this app, and have not yet been able to log in successfully yet.

Make it better
It’s frustrating when a rx is picked up it should show that in the history close to real time not a month behind. If the rx was kicked out of being filled it should change the date to the last time it was filled and picked up. I’ve had medication physically ready at store and app doesn’t show it ready or in process.

Terrible app!
The app needs a major overhaul, it takes forever to log in (if it even lets me), always tells me to call pharmacy when trying to fill meds (what’s the purpose of the app then). It’s a major pain in the back side!
Mostly good. Needs store location update.
The app works ok, but I recently tried to pick up two new prescriptions and was told nothing was on file. Apparently, my doc sent the Rx to a store on the other side of town. Is there any way to display the store address in the Prescription tab for each Rx? This would have allowed me to catch the error in advance.

App has never worked well hoped it had improved
I’ve just spent over an hour trying to get back in to this app. I’ve downloaded it again. I’ve gotten a prescription number. I’ve done everything. It doesn’t respond when it’s supposed to give you a code why don’t you get this app fixed?

Says invalid email & or password combination! Been using app for years & now out of no where even after changing my password cause it refused to log in it still says incorrect combo! Boooooo 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Doesn’t work
I have verified my login credentials via computer multiple times but no matter what, I cannot login to this app. It doesn’t work. I know my info is correct.
Problem is poor store management not the app
The store no longer allows transferring a prescription from another pharmacy in the app. They want you to give them the information and they will call the other pharmacy. Problem is the other pharmacy only has voicemail so the 2 scripts I requested to be transferred never happened and Meijer never followed up. They also on more than one occasion billed the wrong insurance, claimed they didn’t when asked, nearly running me out of critical medication. The manager fixed it the first time but apparently didn’t do anything with training so it doesn’t happen anymore. Probably going to go to a different pharmacy even though I don’t want to.

Hello, Expired scripts can be hidden two ways. 1. In the account tab is an option that will hide all expired scripts. 2. You can click on an individual script and click hide. If you need help with this email us at: meijersupport@mscripts.com
Literally useless
For the last month, the app is nothing but a loading screen. You literally can’t do anything except watch it load endlessly.
No big issues here!
Works OK 👍…. You can’t expect Miracles if YOU don’t do your due diligence.
App won’t open any more
Today I received a text message with a link which looked similar to the home page in the app. I checked the app earlier today and the home page hadn’t changed. Now tonight I find that the app won’t open at all. After making us download and install the app, are we no longer supposed to use it?
Password reset
Stupid app is requiring me to change my password and wants 12 characters and upper and lower case and a special whatever. I use my face to log in. That’s pretty hard to hack. I can’t even get into my account because of this. I’m not changing my password it works just fine
Unable to see all prescriptions
I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I still cannot see all the prescriptions I currently have or have had. Making a phone call isn’t a big deal but I’d like to manage my medications thru the app.
Juvenile Design
This is the worst app. Why has no one released an update in a year? Someone fix this app because your pharmacy has very little to be proud of at this point. The whole system is a mess.
