When you need help fast, the "Help Me Now" flows walk you through a 2–3 minute grounding sequence tailored to your situation: a presentation, a social event, a panic moment, or just a hard day. Step by step. No guessing. Practice Plans let you build exposure gradually — specific situations, suggested pace, and a record of how each attempt felt.
