Nothing is loading, impossible to share tracks
Nothing loads anymore, unfortunate because when it worked it was a good way to share music
I think the app is broken
I been trying to get on the app but it’s still on loading screen
Good for artists
It’s a good start for small artists, the app itself works fine and since it’s new I won’t be too harsh. I would love to see an option to search through genres as I’m looking for underground dnb & breakcore artists.
Can't upload music from files
Great concept, definitely needs some more work. Seems odd to me that you can only upload released music if you're on Spotify or apple music. So you can't link anything from SoundCloud. I tried uploading songs from my files (unreleased songs) but it doesn't even let me upload them. The app also kicks me out a lot randomly. I'm still hopeful for the future of this app though. Has a lot of potential

Great Idea, Not Great Execution
Love the idea and concept! It’s a really cool way to find new artists you might enjoy, and it isn’t as much sensory overload as TikTok/IG/etc. That being said, it needs some work from a programming and marketing perspective.
To say the app is buggy is an understatement. Uploading media to the app is kind of a nightmare, and notifications register about 20% of the time. Speaking of uploading media, an app that caters to enthusiasts of underground music, but has no option to upload WAV files makes zero sense to me. Connecting to servers takes way longer than it should as well. Needs some fine-tuning.
If you are a bedroom pop/rap/hiphop artist, you’ll find your audience on this app. If you literally do any other genre of music, there is no market for it. Much of what I find on the app sounds very similar to each other, and there isn’t so much an audience as there is a bunch of other musicians liking each other’s content. There is no way to reliably track metrics (I.e. who has actually seen what you post, how long they listened to the track), which can be hard to determine if your tracks are getting shown to anyone at all.

Potential
Great app, just needs continuous improvement and added features until it is pretty much as functionable as SoundCloud respectively , better searching and stations etc , just anything to make it more social and bandcamp soundcloud oriented
Just a few things
The concept of the app is really good and as an end user I notice a few things that could really improve the app such as:
Better Spotify integration
Maybe there is a quick way to like a song and it automatically gets added to your liked songs on Spotify
And a general polishing of the app would be nice other than that you’ve done a great job with the app and I look forward to future updates.

Terrible
I downloaded this app to find new music and promote my own. Ive had the app for two weeks and i have had a video up since the day I downloaded it and i haven’t received a single comment like or even one view. Also when searching for music they would not show the genres i had selected and instead inly showed other ones

super unique & innovative. i’m excited to see where Melo goes in the near future!
my only “complaint” would be tiny glitches here & there. my profile would be fully loaded, but the whole page is blank. i’ve only had one instance of it crashing on me.
perhaps an issue on my side?
perhaps little bugs that can be tweaked as time goes on?
regardless, i’ve already found great artists music! this app gets me excited to connect with underground artist like myself!

I really can find some fabulous artist on here big and small it really has broadened my approach to music. Really recommend this app. It does really work.

Conceptually really great for underground artists and it’s been nice to show my past releases to new people while discovering new music as well! App needs some fixes though:
- super long loading time for screens and overall some glitches here and there
- can’t reply to comments on a post
- need to link other social media like Tiktok and Twitter
- sound bite auto reset, once the 30 seconds are up it should reset for me to play the bite again instead of me having to drag the slider
- Spotify button and account integration so I can jump to Spotify to play a new song I found, only goes to Apple Music and at the moment I gotta write stuff down
- dark mode

Needs work lol
I saw it on TikTok and was like aw that’s Wasup. I downloaded it and went to upload a song. It’s hard to choose a snippet of the song you want to post, It bugs and freezes. after finally getting it how I wanted, I posted it, i got a notification saying upload was successful and then a few seconds later it says upload failed. I’ve tried multiple different ways to get it to work but it fails. The app crashes too. Great concept and gots potential it just isn’t there yet. Hopefully they can fix the bugs. when they do I’m sure it’ll be a five star app. Until then this beta app isn’t any good.

Fun discovering people that you would never be able to find otherwise, also fun to put out your own stuff that people will see even just for fun, I think there is still some small issues but I have faith that this will be very great in the future. 10/10

I think the approach that this team is taking to helping enhance the music industry is amazing, and if their track continues, will deliver HUGE value to everyone. Keep at it guys!! Looking forward to seeing what this platform becomes :)
