Hi, Thanks for the kind words, and sorry about this, you're right to flag it. This was a technical bug affecting voice gender before our last update, and it's now fixed. To get your 4 credits refunded, please email us directly at support@applot.co and we'll process it right away. You're also right that there's no help option inside the app, we hear that. With this week's update, we're adding the ability to pick the voice gender in Humming too, so this shouldn't happen there going forward. Thanks for your patience, and for sticking with us. In our next update, coming within 48 hours, the character limit will be raised to 5,000, so you'll have plenty of room for your full lyrics and formatting. Hi Larry, thanks for your feedback. The behavior you're describing usually comes down to how the voice was trained. When you train a voice, the app learns from the sample you provide, so if the training sample is spoken (read out) rather than sung, the resulting voice will tend to talk the lyrics instead of singing them. To get a singing result, the voice needs to be trained on a singing sample. If you'd like a hand getting a better result, please reach out to us at support@applot.co and we'll be happy to help.
