Broken app with inconsistent rewards. Nothing works as described. I have received rewards previously through another ConEd program and it was so easy to use and very fair. This one is completely random. For example - two separate days where I wasn’t home at all. For one, I got $5 back. For the other, $0. My energy usage was the same (little to none). They also still have my translation from 2024 as pending. Good luck trying to get any answers either - half the buttons don’t work.

It’s an app that’s easy to use as well as meaningful. I used it to check energy news, saving energy tips and demand response knowledge. Love the idea of saving energy and getting paid.

Have participated I multiple “events”. Two when I was legitimately out of the country so I wasn’t using any electricity and I didn’t get any money back. Useless app.
