I got the Fan ID at the FIFA World Cup and was able to save a digital version of my card and experience to this digital wallet. I found out mem-re does all of the awesome experience for artists, events, and products! I can’t wait to keep adding to my collection!

I have a FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan ID card that I received at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. I’m using the latest version of the mem-re app on my iPad. The app only shows stadium photos and never gives me the option to scan the card or view the AR/cartoon experience. I have already reinstalled the app and enabled camera permissions, but the problem remains. Could you please help?

Fifa could have done so many things with the card but they thought this app is a good app

It Doesn’t work.
I purchased a commemorative Chicago Blackhawks Centennial ticket. I scanned the QR code on the back, and it does nothing but bring me to a homepage for the Chicago Blackhawks. The AI feature doesn’t work at all. I truly don’t believe I’m doing anything wrong seeing as how it scans the QR code while using the app. I’m happy with the look of the card but extremely disappointed in the function of the AI feature.
