Will it ever work
Nine out of 10 Times the app fails to open. I have no idea how Hockey Rinks continue to use this as their primary source of game management. Someone please build a new one
The worst app I’ve ever been forced to use
It’s 2026, apps this bad shouldn’t ever make it to the App Store. I can’t believe how difficult it is to use and that it hasn’t gotten significantly better in the several years I’ve had an account. I also can’t believe that businesses see this software as a viable solution for their needs.
Do Better
I wanted to give them time to fix their problems before leaving a review. Two years using this app and it’s still trash. The app still has basic errors logging in. User interface is not friendly. I’d be okay with the app not working if the website worked but that is also trash. Do better.
Awful awful awful
Potentially the worst app I’ve ever used. Constantly logs you out. Frequently unresponsive. It almost seems to be designed to send you online to the webpage instead of using it. I don’t think I’ve been able to log in to this app in under a minute one single time.
Horrible
I think this is the first review ive ever left for an app. This is completely unusable- starting with the opening sign in screen. Needs a major overhaul it’s horrendous
Multiple issues
App sometimes just won’t log you in. Also have not even been able to log in today, every time I try there’s a 30+ minute wait. My team uses this to RSVP but I am no longer going to utilize the app.
Waiting room update is unusable
It’s always been glitchy and logs me out every time, but the new update with the waiting room is unusable. If I just need to check my schedule or RSVP for a game, I might have to wait 45 minutes to get into the app to do so. You can’t change to another account or location to manage other memberships either - you just have to wait on the countdown page until you are permitted to use the app. You can’t use it at all when you need to.

Booo!
This app is terrible! It takes too long to sign my daughter up for ice time! You can’t pay for ice time at the desk. You can’t reschedule your ice time if your lesson changes. Have been a bad experience from the very start. Wish our rink had kept using their custom app it was awful too but better than this.

Awful App
Keep me logged in has never worked for me. Functionality is awful. Nothing ever works properly. There is far less access to things on the app vs the (albeit awful) website. If any organization is considering using this app, I hope they read the reviews first.
Do Not Use This App
I understand I’ll need to learn how an app works. But I’ve not used a registration software that is so poorly designed. Our pool used to use a package called iclass- it worked. Why they moved, I don’t understand. If you are a membership organization looking at adopting this app, please look elsewhere.

Awful app
This app crashes constantly and I have to go to google and actually log in through the website since the app is that bad.
Barely an app
Constant bugs, less than a website, not quite an app, poor functionality
Useless
After the recent change on this app, I am not able to access any of my accounts. I am going to the rinks websites and saving their dash or day smart on my phone. If I search for a rink and find mine, it won’t bring it up. They must still be working out the kinks.
Can’t navigate multiple locations
Other reviews say this too but you have to log out and search each venue any time you want to see other locations schedules. I just make bookmarks in a web browser to more easily do this one simple function.
Painful to use
If you were lucky enough to get in the app will crash and is not user-friendly in it’s interface. But nine times out of 10 it won’t allow you in. It won’t even pull up the keyboard to allow you to type in your username and password. Seriously need some bugs looked at.
Bare bones is putting it lightly
This app is absolutely painful to use if you go to more than one place that uses it for scheduling. Even then, if you only go to one location the organization options and filtering is so bad it’s easier to just skip the app and use the organization’s website for registering and keeping up with what’s going on.
If you do go to multiple places and you want to keep track of your schedules and registrations, you have to constantly log out, search the location, log in, and keep searching. What is the point of the app and account if I can’t keep track of everything in one place? Why can’t I just swap between locations that I’m actively registered with and have an easy way to register new ones without having to hop around?
This app is absolutely useless. You are better off just using your calendar to schedule things and dealing with the org you are working with’s own site.

Cannot manage multiple venues
This website/app/service makes no sense. If you participate at multiple venues, this app does not let you easily flip from one venue to another. It makes you reset your password each time, then it gets stuck at one venue each time I log on. It’s the most frustrating experience. The worst part is some rinks give you a discounted rate if you register through this service that doesn’t work right rather than pay directly at the rink. I hate Daysmart!!!
