Members Have No Option To Stop Payments
1) If a member is registered by the account holder for monthly payments, the member has no control to stop or pause them. There is no skip month option, no stop membership option, no delete account option, and no delete credit card option. Features are the same on both the website and app. 2) There’s also no customer service email to get help.
