Difficult
This app is difficult to navigate and some of the most basic functions are not on it. I opened a savings account and so far ive noticed there isnt even a way to transfer money into the account on the app. I think it would also be nice to have the interest rate on whatever account you opened there on the app for you to see and update if it changes.

All the bad reviews are years old. They have improved the app since then and it’s great
Good app but SLOW opening.
This is a helpful app I use it frequently I love deposit check feature. I don’t know if it needs an update or what but to open account for list of transactions takes forever to load on a new iPhone with wifi connection.
Check number
I really like the app but it doesn’t show the check number that has cleared. That is my only complaint. It says check paid post date. I would like to see the actual check number added please
Something is way wrong
I don’t know of a way for me to show you the screen shot I took but I logged into my account and it pops us a bubble that says this account has been disabled. Now I know that I haven’t done anything to warrant this so something must be missed up and I hope they can fix it soon I use the app to make my payments to my credit card and I use it to see what I’ve spent for the past couple days it helps me see what I’m doing and where my money if going that’s a big deal to me and I think it is a big deal to other people I haven’t had a chance to call MCCU or go to my local CU for help but if anyone can tell me what I need to do so it can be fixed that would be very helpful and most appreciated thanks for reading

Signing in issues
I’m having issues signing in on the app I type my info correctly and it’s telling me “account has been disabled” but I log into the MCCU website on my desk top computer and it works fine!
