Blank screen
I’ve been trying to update card and every time I open the app, I get a blank screen. I’ve deleted and downloaded again but it’s still the same.
Dire.
I don’t bother reviewing apps but this is so bad I have to leave a review. It continually prompts for a password change because “the site has been updated” then asks for your membership card number before throwing an error and won’t let you return to the previous screen. Also, in the 4 years I’ve had it I’ve managed to use it once for ferry tickets.

Useless.
Horrendous app. Either doesn’t let you log in (error message), constantly crashes or just shows up a white screen. Brutal!
Inaccessible
Updated app is inaccessible and no help offered to resolve login issues. Totally awful app.

It looks good but is it using a dial up modem?? The website is also atrociously slow

Downloaded new app and updated password as instructed the new app does not work absolutely useless

Find the app handy when out and about and good to track your savings.

Is really helpful to see what shops and restaurants near me offer a discount and the digital card is really handy!
Nightmare to leave
Been trying to leave membership plus/staff services now for 2 years as now its been 2 years in a row I haven’t received my card. This year around because I was told to get in touch again in November which I did, to find abit later in 2021 that I wasn’t removed at all so they avoided giving me a new card. Membership plus ignored the email I sent telling them this. No help from either offices. No benefits for a young person as the only time I tried to use it when I first ever joined the online code didn’t work. Never have that problem with the bluelightcard which is also a one off payment. Im pretty sure renewing my membership when telling me I would be removed is illegal.

Easy to use and so helpful for finding my favourite offers!
Very frustrating
The app keeps freezing then throwing you out, very frustrating when you’re trying to search for offers. If it wasn’t for this then it would be a great app.
Slow
The app feels slow and restarts regularly. The features are well designed but the functionality is slow and frustrating. I would be inclined to use the website.
