It works… sometimes
Half the time the app doesn’t let me login due to an error with validating my credentials. Sometimes I can close the app and reopen it and it’ll let me login then, so I know that invalid error isn’t right. It’s some kind of glitch or bug. There’s also times where when I open the app it looks like it loads two login screens one on top of the other, and then I can’t login. The login process is buggy, and the Zelle payment option is slow and clunky. It also makes you create a contact for someone when sending them money. I’m pretty sure on the Zelle app, you just need the phone number or email, and that’s it. Overall the app is fine when it works, but it’s slow and it’s buggy. And Membersource needs to get a grip with running maintenance during times when we should be able to access our accounts. The final day of the month before rent is due? Yeah, that seems like the perfect time to run maintenance…

This app needs a lot of work. I am constantly getting access to my account disabled for no apparent reason. Don’t even bother with this app. Just use the website.
Months of inaccessibility
Used to work fine but have been unable to log on since sometime in January. Have reached out to the bank with concerns regarding how to access my account and they can’t help except to take info and pass it along to the developer. It’s been 3 months and I STILL can’t log on.
I wish this was just a recent issue but every update they’ve done has messed up something else with my ability to log on necessitating a call to the bank to figure out how to get back in. This time is only unique in that it’s been months of lacking access. This is absurd.

Useless app
For months now I have been unable to view transactions. Every time I click to view the transactions, it gives me a notification advising me there is a problem and to contact the bank. The bank then takes your information with the issue you are experiencing and sends it to the app developer. The app developer then does nothing because this issue has been ongoing for months now! I have given up on calling the bank as it’s nothing more than a carousel! The app should be a quicker way to access your account with ease but this is not the case. Fix the issues!

So Annoying
I try to pay an already set-up vendor and it wants a code I’m supposed to receive in an email. Email never comes. It’s ridiculous. About 75% of the time I have to submit a mobile deposit numerous times. This app is not worth even downloading.
I’d refinance before I’d download this app
Looking for your payment due date? Your amount due? A payment portal? None of that is here. You can literally see your total loan amount and you can make transfers.
Mobile Deposit
I don’t know what check Nazi is sitting there approving or disapproving mobile deposits, but it’s almost impossible to get it to go through the first time. They want to write on the check “for mobile deposit” even though you’ve already checked the box already printed on the check that say “check this box for mobile deposit.” Then, even when you do write the correct words on the check, you’ve got about a 50/50 shot of the check being accepted. You can even look at the photo of the check that’s submitted and see that there’s not an issue. This has been an issue for years and I really wish they’d fix it
