Horrible and they will charge you $90 each year against your will
This is a horrible app. I download the app two years ago and didn’t work. On top of that they have charged me $89 each year against my will. I called my CC company and they need this app to can let my “subscription” I sent multiple emails with no results. Avoid downloading this app!

I’ve used memento on a several occasions for birthdays and graduations and work events and it’s always such a huge success!
Buyer beware
It appears that even after you cancel your subscription, they still bill you and then only refund part of it.
The functionality of the app works great, the lack of ways to interact with the company leaves a lot to be desired.
I will never use this platform again and will definitely be letting anyone who ever happens to mention it to find something else.

So many good features until the video is created. It becomes a struggle to go back and edit. Hard to find on line help/tips

Excellent Customer Service
I got billed for the yearly membership, but I thought (and intended) to sign up for the monthly membership. Customer service was prompt and easy!

Blurry photos
Sent two photoshoots to clients thinking this might be a superior alternative to flash drives or cloud links. The photos were blurry due to data in the file transfer being cut in half.
How embarrassed am I after realizing my photos were blurry via memento as oppose to original photo? Humiliated.

Trash app
What a god awful experience. Click the link to download the app. It installs, you have to allow paste or it won’t take you to the group video. There is no mechanism to join a group video (maybe I should hunt around this worthless garbage app?). No it wants you to sign up. Click away and the screen goes blank.

Unreliable
I wish I loved this more but to save people the trouble, I find the app unreliable and needing more improvements. I have had many people tell me they recorded a video, uploaded but did not receive confirmation so I was unable to retrieve many videos. It was such a hassle and what’s supposed to be non stressful has added more stress. I do not recommend using this app.

Easy to use!
The app is easy to use the product is great! I do wish there was an option for subtitles for hearing impaired recipients, but overall loving this app and the ability to bring us all together!
Can’t cancel subscription
Signed up for subscription service, and then deleted my account. After your account’s deleted, there’s no way to cancel your subscription without getting in contact with them so I’ve been getting charged for months for an account. I don’t even have.
EDIT: They refunded me for the months this was the case, that is still a poor service model. Subscriptions should be canceled upon deletion.

Can’t click anything - doesn’t work
Completely dead app. Tried clicking on any buttons in the product, works once every 15 clicks. Even updated the app. Please fix this.
Terrible user experience
Don’t spend you money on this. It is so user unfriendly it’s absurd. I created a video with photos, worked on it all week and it’s gone and the option to use photos also seems to be gone.

Loved the finished product! So easy to use, create and share.
Useless app
Seems to have a bug where you Can only see the first 8 videos in the app. You can’t scroll through to see any new videos submitted so have to go through the web version. So irritating!
Use a computer
As a company and product Memento is great, but the app is terrible. I haven’t once been able to open the app and access a video I’m the organizer for. I always just go online.
Apple Phone issues.
Awesome app. Everyone that has an iPhone had issues trying to upload video through the app. You would record the video and no way was shown to specify that you were done and upload Luckily, we could upload videos through a browser or the link which saved the day.

Where’s the sound? My husband and I own a DJ company of which I take a lot of photos and video with the intent of sharing it with the bride and the groom I’m so happy that the photos show up really well. I can’t for the life of me figure out why our video has no sound. I see dancing. I have no clue what the song is. It’s kind of sad because the bride cannot have her moments that are live.
