Unable to activate account
It accepted my cell phone number, but I never receive the SMS code needed to verify the account.
Would be great if it worked!
I had the old app that measured the CERG heart exercises. It was dropped from Apple and this appears to be replacement. I learned from the old app that two 4x4 HIIT routines and movement the rest of the wee Kelly my score comfortably between 100-150. Walking or some resistance did the trick. This app couldn’t get the calendar right, so I deleted it and reinstalled when a new version was announced.. The new version doesn’t do at all. After Two HIIT routines, it doesn’t change my score from zero. It’s too bad, because the CSRG HIIT approach is really valuable. I hope they fix this app.

App no longer works
It looked good for awhile. Now I get an error message that “receiving heart rate data for the period longer than a month is not allowed”. What does this mean? I can not find any settings or adjustments to make any changes. This is just a piece of frustrating junk. My best option is to just delete it. It’s not worth the trouble to try to get it to work.

"Retrieving HR sample for the period longer than a month is not allowed" is the error I get every time when it tries to sync my heart rate data. Unfortunately this syncing error means it's unable to calculate a PAI score.
Not getting an SMS
I’m not able to sign up an account because it never sends me an SMS even though the latest version was supposed to resolve that issue. Bummer, because I’d really like to try this app.
Cannot link Apple Watch
Finally for past the sign in and it refuses to link an Apple Watch. So frustrating.
Works fine in the US
To get your US phone number to work just put +1 as the prefix, before the area code. It works fine. I still like the old app better but glad to have something! I like going for PAI points during my workouts. It’s very motivating and better than Google’s Heart Points, imo, which are more time based. This one takes into account your personal fitness.

PAI works with Apple Watch!
I can finally see my PAI with the Apple Watch! Great functionality.
Sign up could be better though, I had to manually put a +1 to get my US phone number working. And I had to press save when setting gender not just select it and go back. Not the best sign up but great once it works

Cannot create an account on my iPhone in USA
I am not able to set up an account. The intro menu gets me to “phone number” and then I am unable to add in dashes to complete my phone number. The app keeps saying “ enter a correct phone number” or “ invalid number”. The app looks good but seems only usable in Norway?

Why offer the app if you won’t allow registration?
Requires a phone number to register but rejects all formats as invalid. I tried US formats then looked up Norwegian phone number formats and tried adding preliminary zeros to get to the right number of digits but all formats were rejected. Unusable. Disappointed.

PAI App quit working. Tried to sign up here but it wouldn’t take my phone number and I couldn’t get any app support in English.
I'd love to evaluate the app but it won't complete registration
This app is based in Norway, but their website loads in English, and the app can be downloaded in the U.S. However, it will not accept US-formatted phone numbers which are required to complete the registration process, probably for SMS verification. Emails through their "contact us" link have gone unreplied. :(
