Won’t Scan
Finally purchased a tag for my Pup and the dumb thing won’t synch at all. Tried on my laptop and phone and got no where. So now I guess I have to return it :(

I love that this app exists
I’ve only had the app for a few days and so far I’ve been impressed with it. It took a few tries to set up the devices which was a little frustrating but when it finally connected the app had been great. You can add any information you can think of for your fur baby including vet information, your own information, and chip information. Now I did scan my pets tags to see how it would go and it took me straight to the website where I could see my contact information and a button you could click to show where you are with the tag itself, it then popped up on the app saying they were missing and where exactly they were, unfortunately my app still says they are missing and I haven’t figured out how to get rid of it or tell the app that they are not missing, other than that it’s a great idea and I’m so glad someone finally came up with something like it!

Love the App
The app is useful for keeping my dog’s information in one place. In the past, there were a few bugs, but it seems they are improving it with new features, and it works great.
Just useless
So you manage to make it through the sign-up process and download the app and create an account and that’s as far as is possible to go.
After that you’ll just be stuck in an endless loop of attempting to login and being booted by the 2nd prompt.

Doesn’t work
Nothing on this app works, always ends in “error.”
The app doesn’t work!
It doesn’t even send me the email verification to sign up, terrible execution of a great idea! I’m very disappointed, I haven’t heard back from the support team either
concept is great, app doesn’t work
the idea of this is great, being able to keep all your pets info in one spot would be super handy. unfortunately, app barely works as is. i try to input any info, such as my name and address, and the app tells me there’s a system error. doesn’t save any information put in. package and stand advertisement also is not exactly clear… if you bought a tag, it only served the purpose of a tag. tracking service only comes with collars or leashes apparently.

No, you can not sell my information to third parties. Can’t sign up without agreeing to that. Bad app. Great dog tag.
Worst app
They keep deleting my original review clearly their app has a problem they don’t want you to know. The can $uck a d!ck waste of my time.
