Needs to be redone
There's not much to it- not even where you can scan your smileage card or even add it to your "wallet" on your phone. I was hoping to use my card online since my card is to the point you can't use it anymore they always ask for you phone number to look up the account and I hate having to tell people repeatedly my phone number. Or even see what kind of flavors are offered currently.

Poor app
This app won't even recognize my number. I can go to the website and it recognizes my smile number but won't on the app???? Makes no sense. Very annoying. Deleting it now.
Where are the flavors?
This app is useless until they list current flavors at specific locations.
And also asking to have access to your location EVEN WHEN THE APP IS NOT IN USE is borderline creepy.
Change these two things and I'll change my review score.

This app is USELESS! After spending the time to register, I still have to reenter my card number to check my balance of my smiles! That doesn't make ME smile...😒 But, even before getting to that it takes soooo long for the app to even open. There are so many possibilities for this app! Like, prompt us when we are near a Menchies, let us know if they have some of our favorite flavors, a special promo, asking what are some of your favorite flavors(I really miss the popcorn flavor 🤗), have customers give different combo suggestions etc...my goodness! IMPROVE THE APP so many other competitors of yours have better apps.

Deleted and installed again still no luck app is getting stuck after it opens, it will show any of my information
