Reward won’t show on app

I have a reward for a free drink that won’t load on the app or for the web browser. What’s the point of an app that wont show you the rewards??

Spam texts

I clicked resend code once and it sent me over 30 text messages in 30 minute period and it won’t stop. Can’t block the number as it comes from a different one each time

typed in my bday by 1 digit off by accident and all stores ive tried wont let me claim my bday drink. theres no option to change it in the app nor any way to contact support to change it. horrible app and horrible customer service in general by the franchise itself.
