So glad I found this!

Grateful I found this app. I was feeling anxious about my upcoming procedure…this program has changed my whole mindset toward getting ready for it and feeling confident. Love the byte sized content - I feel like I can try something new everyday.

Even Better Than I Wanted!

Phenomenally put together. Surgeries are never fun and as an RN family and friends always come to me for advice. This puts everything better than even I could give. Excellent!
