Why can’t you give acces to pdf version of magazine

I have subscribtion, but instead of magazine in pdf format or similar, only you gave me is all articles in website/app format. I want PDF!

Dreadful user experience

Probably the worst app I had the misfortune to use having taken out a promotion offer on the mag. I’ll be cancelling for sure and that’s do to the app on my iPad

The Men’s health logo animation on repeat is annoying.

Subscriber for a month or so now…

I like the app and having everything at my fingertips. I enjoy reading the articles on the train or whenever I fancy a motivational read.

The access to all the workout plans is good too but it’s pretty clunky in the gym though.
Would be better if it stayed on the page you were on when you briefly lock then unlock your phone.

And why do I have to watch the Men’s Health logo animation every time I open my phone to quick check what I’m doing..
I know it’s only a few seconds but it’s super annoying.
Sort that out and I’ll be back to give another star or two.

Thanks.

Confusing value

I subscribe and pay for the magazine however now the app has changed it seems as if I am paying for a magazine and then all the content is made available for free through other sections

Also, if you subscribe through the app you can’t access using a web browser because Apple don’t issue you a ‘customer number’. I have queried this with Hearst Magazines (Men’s Health owners) and they have said that because I bought it from a ‘third party’ they can’t give me one.

I have subscribed for years but don’t think I will be renewing.

Apps error

The application for iPad it keeps glitching and turns off by itself also pages keep freezing or opening and not showing the content or the next page.

Just doesn’t flow

It works reliably but there’s no flow. Incredibly dull user experience.

Tiny font

If you are not young with great eye site even the largest font size is small. Would put me off renewing. And you need to load each article from a main menu, which is a pain. Content itself is ok once you manage to read it..

Packs it in…

Full of great advice for all ages I’m no spring chicken but I love it…

Good read

Life so much better now I’m reading content not browsing any old crap.
Motivate yourself and enjoy

Travel friendly

Great when travelling on train or what have you. And easy to access

Too many ads

Magazine is full of adverts and not relevant to the current day man. The magazine is very much targeted to the under 40s instead of the wider age range.

App Crashes On Opening

Just bought a new iPad Pro 2021 and the app, which I’ve used daily on my old iPad Air now crashes on opening. This happens 100% of the time. iPad OS is up to date and obviously this is a new installation. Not sure how to get help TBH.

Poor content in the March 2021

I used to read men’s health and it has more advertisement than content about fitness. Overall, disappointing read and I would not of paid for it.

Content good, but app keeps crashing on new issues

The revamp is a definite improvement in readability. But now, after downloading a new issue, the issue keeps crashing on opening for at least a day. Runners' World is the same.

Sort it out

Too difficult to navigate

Very frustrated

Used to love this app, have subscribed for about 3 years. But, I forgot my password and there is no way of resetting it. If you get it wrong, there’s no way to retrieve it. This means I’ve paid for a year’s subscription that I can’t use. I’ve been denied a refund by apple and getting nothing from hearst magazines.

Great

Love this app

Great App but better in a magazine

Scrapbook tool is good. Would like to be able to categorise each page. (Exercise , recipe etc)

Using this whilst on holiday without access to English magazines. Does the job but just doesn’t feel quite like a magazine. (Don’t know what I was expecting)

Uncontactable

I have been paying for a subscription that I haven’t been able to log into and I can’t get a reply from anyone

Men’s health

What an educational tool
