About
AttentionPoint is an app for people who want to better understand where their attention goes throughout the day.
Sometimes attention gets captured by anxiety, irritation, inner dialogue, waiting, the urge to buy something immediately, or an endless stream of notifications.
In those moments, attention no longer feels free. It moves into reaction, rumination, impulse, or automatic behavior.
AttentionPoint helps you notice that moment.
The app offers a short and practical way to pause, leave a trace, and choose what to do next:
return to your task,
take a quiet pause,
write down an observation,
delay a decision,
or simply see more clearly what is happening.
What’s inside:
Attention Capture Tracker
Quickly record moments when attention is pulled into anxiety, anger, boredom, waiting, self-importance, inner dialogue, or an external trigger.
Observer Questions
Short prompts help you look at the situation from the outside: What happened? Where is attention being pulled? What is fact, and what is only a scenario?
Return Actions
Choose a small action that helps create space: a quiet pause, a note, returning to your chosen task, widening attention, or consciously delaying a reaction.
Focus Sessions
Choose a task or intention and observe when attention starts to drift. The goal is not to blame yourself for distraction, but to better understand the movement of attention.
Purchase Pause
When an impulse to buy something appears, you can delay the decision for 24 or 48 hours, giving yourself time to respond more calmly and consciously.
Attention Tails
Some topics continue to hold attention even after the moment has passed. You can keep them visible and return to them later.
Journal and Attention Map
Your episodes become part of a personal history. Over time, you can see which situations repeat, which reactions tend to switch on automatically, and what actually helps you return.
AttentionPoint is based on Attention OS, a practical approach to observing attention captures and gradually returning to agency and choice.
It is not meditation, psychotherapy, or a motivation system.
The app does not diagnose conditions, does not replace professional support, and does not promise to “fix” a person.
AttentionPoint is a tool for everyday attention practice:
to notice,
to record,
to understand,
and to return attention to where you actually want to be.
It can help you see yourself more clearly, act with more awareness, and gradually build a more stable relationship with your own attention.

2.0.0
July 5, 2026
Version 2.0.0 introduces a completely redesigned way to record attention episodes. Instead of complex emotion classification, AttentionPoint now helps you quickly capture the moment when your attention has been pulled by something. A new step-by-step flow guides you through a simple cycle: what happened, where your attention is being pulled, and what can help you return right now.
