Can’t open the app

I’m running IOS 18.73 on an iPhone 16 Max Pro. When I try to open the app I get a white screen only. Couldn’t find a support link so had to leave a review. I’m a big fan of the channel - just want to be able to access the app

It no longer works

The App does not work, at least not on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. It just opens to a completely white screen and does nothing. I have removed it and reinstalled it 3 times to no avail.
