Can’t open the app
I’m running IOS 18.73 on an iPhone 16 Max Pro. When I try to open the app I get a white screen only. Couldn’t find a support link so had to leave a review. I’m a big fan of the channel - just want to be able to access the app

Downloaded on my iPad and iPhone and both give me just a blank white screen…. Needs a quick update to repair!!

It no longer works
The App does not work, at least not on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. It just opens to a completely white screen and does nothing. I have removed it and reinstalled it 3 times to no avail.

App opens and remains on a blank white screen. Reporting a problem to apple leads to an error page and the developer website has no reporting avenue

I love all of Pieter’s videos. Was really looking forward to the app. Downloaded twice. Both times I launch it and get a white screen of death

The App just stopped working more than a month ago and I can’t unsubscribe from monthly payments. Can somebody please help me? The support page doesn’t work either.

App had worked briefly when originally downloaded, but now just shows a message “Site Not Found” Deleted, reinstalled but same thing happened. Shame, as I’m a fan of Mentour Pilot on YouTube.

I’ve enjoyed Mentour Pilot/Aviation since the beginning. Peter is highly knowledgeable about the physics of flight, the mechanics of an aircraft and the psycho-social environment of the cockpit and the entire aircraft. It’s impressive how well he knows the industry. He explains every subject in logical detail. Peter is impressive in a variety of ways. Thanks to this influencer I’m a safer pilot. I will continue to watch.

After Patreon no access to premium
After paying one year first officer Patreon… No access as premium, also I sent a request through the web and no answer…. If I ask to AI Adrian also he is unable to give an absolute. Hope now through this review that will change and then Vote again 5 stars after this issue will be fixed. Tks!
Essential for people who love aviation
I LOVE THIS APP! I’ve been watching Mentour pilot videos for awhile and this app brings me to date with great articles about aviation news and all the other features including the ai chatbot, Aidan. Thank you Mentour pilot!!!

The AI is great, it’s just that the premium is pretty expensive:$8.99
And I just can’t get into full screen mode so that doesn’t work for me. Even though I am not a premium, I still don’t get a lot of ads. The news are great.

Mentour on iPad issue
Am able open Mentour aviation on iPhone but not able to open on iPad for the past month.
buggy app
Buggy app and when I tried to unsubscribe I wasn’t able to. Tried reaching out and all they said was that a number of users were having similar issues. No fix, and I was charged again.
Sing up issue
I gave it 5 because I appreciate the channel in full however when trying to “sign up” on iPhone, it keeps displaying an error message “please enter a password.” Hope next update fixes it :)
