Seems really great, waiting for G2

Good but can improve

iOS on boarding issues

there is no way for me to use the product out of the box because the pairing set up. I see everything connected to via Bluetooth and then within the app it says open settings to pair and wait till it is connected. I do that but nothing updates on the app there's no other button to press other than open the settings again it's very frustrating. I look forward to hearing back from the Dev team. I will be following up with a GitHub issue.

Garbage app (for now)

It could be a lot better than the first party garbage. But this is all we got as early adopters.

Much quicker startup

The biggest hurdle with the standard G1 software is the number of steps to go through before captioning will happen. With the Mentra, you just start te app, wait few seconds for the initial connection and ready to caption. Awesome! And it captions multiple languages at the same time. I speak both Dutch and English and you can just mix it up and voilá.
