Can not find my adress !!!
Who desing this app ! It can not locate my adress to register even !! My phone is iphone6 plus and it is not optimzed for it . Worst app ever
Worst delivery app in Georgia
I think everyone from Georgia can agree that this app is the worst. It has no delivery tracking, no courier information and basically, you just have to sit there and wait. On top of that estimate time for delivery is 99% off most of the time. 1 star for me๐your app needs a quick update!!
Customer Service is key
Ordered two days in a row from a restaurant, this service calls me back to say restaurant is closed. Good start, but what about updating the listing so we donโt keep ordering from an unavailable source? I tried to ask but rep who called me couldnโt be bothered or didnโt understand.

Worst App
I ordered food few days ago, i was contacted immediately after i put the order to get a more accurate address. I waited for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours for the food and after calling several times i was informed that they didnโt receive my order even tho that they called me for my address.
After giving up and had several appointments to attend to i told them to cancel the order and they said they will refund me the order money and here i am still waiting

app menu is not working correctly,
useless
couldnot even pin my location, slow delivery, couriers need to call you to find you. expensive delivery (4-5 gel, compared to volt that has free delivery for obly 10 gep per month)
Very Bad Experience
They have most restaurants, but their service is the worst.
They day that it takes about 90 mins to deliver, (when others do it in 30-45) but you are lucky if you get in 90 mins.

Worst food delivery service ever
These guys usually take about hour and a half minimum to deliver food that is less than 3km from my house, if iโm really lucky it takes hour and a half but most of the times the wait time is 2 hours. Please do not download this app use other services

Noisy costumer service and very late orders
It starts as a normal app, then the last couple of orders it tooks them an hour and a half to deliver it, when it says it requires only (40 - maximum 50 minutes) and when i called the costumer service I couldnโt hear the personโs voice because of the noise around him/her. Totally not recommended
