menupup is a daily growth tool for adult men. It doesn't nag you about streaks or rate your looks. It takes the person you want to become and breaks it into one small thing you can finish today.
Pick a goal profile, write one sentence about the life you want, answer six short questions, and you get your Blueprint: where your five attributes stand today (presence, body, core, drive and social), what to work on first, and the journey to start with. Each journey moves a day at a time: one lesson a day, a few minutes to complete, then one line about how it went.
The Today screen is a grid that answers two questions only: what to do now, and what comes next. Your goal and streak sit at the top. Only the current step is lit: today's lesson, today's small task, the three-question evening review. Finish one and the next lights up, and the progress tile shows how many minutes are left. Each week there's also One Thing This Week, the single bigger thing to get done before Sunday.
The Plan screen tracks your five attributes, journey progress and a weekly report card: how many days you acted, how much XP you earned, and the excuses you wrote down, so next week's focus is obvious. The 14-Day Challenge lets you pick two to four rules, keep them for two weeks with two days of grace, and earn a certificate at the end.
The Core Toolbox holds seven exercises you can open any time: WOOP, thought record, fear-setting, value cards, exposure ladder, gratitude evidence and deep-work block. Your answers never leave the device.
When you're stuck, tap Ask Coach on the Today screen: make it smaller, explain why, rehearse first, look back, or just talk. Four coach skills (weekly review, blind spots, goal breakdown, task sizing) help you think it through. The AI coach is a separate opt-in and is off by default; without it you still get offline suggestions. When it's on, only the text you type and your growth progress are sent to the coach service.
Your answers, reviews and journal stay on this device. menupup does no face recognition, keeps no attractiveness rankings, and never treats wealth or genetics as personal worth. It suits anyone who wants steadier days, is preparing for an interview or a big moment, wants habits that stick, or simply doesn't know where to start. Every feature in this version is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. menupup does not replace medical, nutritional or mental-health advice.
