Please fix this game!
I loved this game and I topped out. I kept waiting for new levels and then now I can’t even login. I hope you bring this game back because it was my favorite of all the games. I’m sure other people feel the same way I do from reading the other reviews. Please fix this game and start it back up.
App seems broken/unsupported?
I really love this game and have done so for over a decade. I’m really upset there isn’t any support for this app anymore it seems. I had to reset my phone a while ago and it deleted this app, I went to log back in and it couldn’t connect me to my old account (devastating as I was at level 2409). I reached out to customer support and never heard back. I have started again from the bottom and now I have a problem where the app can’t seem to connect to wifi and thus the lives aren’t renewing? And I tried to contact support but it opened up a webpage that said the domain name was for sale (ie the web page no longer existed). What is going on? I cannot be the only fan suffering from these problems?

Impossible to pass after a certain level
I love this game at the beginning but now at the level I’m at they make it impossible. I’m at the same level for two weeks now. Impossible to pass they shouldn’t make it that hard hard yes but for two weeks now come on I think I’m gonna give up on this game
Won’t let me do anything anymore
Used to play it everyday but now it won’t stop saying I need an internet connection even if I have one. My team was taken over twice because of this, mainly because it took so long for me to figure out that I needed a new account by reinstalling and losing all my progress to fix it.
Bug
I can’t get to the next area it keeps saying the next area can not load and it also say that I not content to the internet when I am content to the internet.

i came back to play this game after 6 years, and i find it annoying. does anyone maintain? did the game get sold? i finished the backyard scene, but cannot progress to the villa. i get a pop-up saying cannot download assets because i am not connected to the internet, which i most certainly am. please fix this issue, i know i am not the only one with this problem. thank you

App Issue
Continually says you aren’t connected to the internet. Doesnt matter what you do. Makes the game useless, you have to delete and download again. Takes everything away I’ve earned. Done with it until its fixed.
Problems recurring, no support
I love this game but all of a sudden I could no longer connect to any wifi to collect my daily prizes. Been asking support but they never gave me a solution.

Not connected to Internet again
Again no way to contact sport and no way to get this fixed. Really disappointing.
Breaking down to borderline unplayable.
This used to be one of my favorite apps, I've played it for nearly a decade now. I enjoy the gameplay and the cats, and I like the power ups the cats give you, which is a unique feature to this game specifically. But, recently, the app has been breaking down and it's borderline unusable. Any action I try to take claims that I need an internet connection - I *am* connected to the internet. I can't interact with half of the cats in the cats menu, I can't interact with the Gala links, I can't interact with any co-op features. Sometimes, I can't even interact with the level itself. I had to uninstall and reinstall the game when it stopped letting me play levels, which deleted all my progress.
I know it's such an old app but it would have been nice if they kept some semblance of regular maintenance to avoid this. This is the only match-3 game I enjoy and I'm very sad to say goodbye. If you ever fix your game, I'd love to come back.

Cute Cat 🐈 game but they keep messing it up by DISCONNECTING IT FROM THE INTERNET!
Update: 10/20/25, NO INTERNET AGAIN! {I think it was July 2024 that this game started having NO INTERNET CONNECTION & NO WAY to contact support from within the game, apparently as a result of no connection WITHIN THE GAME! I had ✅d everything else & was sure the problem was within the game itself. For awhile it only made the game less fun, and disabled certain features, like the ability to participate in a team. Then it wouldn’t restore lives. Recently, though, the game has its internet capability back, with the ability to restore lives & chat with team members. It’s unclear to me whether team members are back to being able to request & receive extra lives from each other, and the team tournaments (which everyone liked) have not returned.}

Cashes to much
I have loved this game for many years but all of sudden it has been crashing all the time and won’t let me move on to the next task and I have tried several times to contact support and no success please fix it I would love to keep playing the game

Can you explain why I can’t go past level 65?? This is one of my favorite games but it stops me when I try Level 66 and says I need to be on the internet which I was!! I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it and play from the beginning …..

It’s a great game. It’s a great game. I started playing it and I love it but it’s hot on some levels. I got to level 14 and it was really hard. I didn’t get it. It’s really good. I love it and I think it’s really great game I gave it five
Poor to no support
The game crashed. Couldn’t get logged back in. Tried to contact customer support several times over a weeks time. Never would go through. Took screen shots of messages but since customer support is nonexistent, it proves to be useless. 2 years of playing this game went down the drain. Deleted and extremely annoyed

Developer Doesn’t Care: GAME IS BROKEN!
This game *was* a lot of fun - until it refused to connect to the internet, which makes playability nonexistent.
Repeated emails an messages to the developer eother go ignored or are answered with “We are working on a solution”. BAH!
