SSO login hasn’t worked in months. Keyboard rarely appears and app crashes if you’re ever able to even get through the login process. Glad I pay for that Cisco EA.
App is currently Non-Functional
I have had issues with this app for the last 2 months. The sign in screen loads, then the app totally times out. 1/5 unusable. I need this for my job daily

Keyboard invisible SSO login
I’m not able to login w SSO through DUO because the keyboard is not showing up for me to login. I have an iPhone 16 Pro

App never renders the dashboard even after login. Blank screen. Seems to be a terrible trend in the comments as of late. iPhone version of app works just fine. Not iPad.
Crashes now in 2026
All of a sudden will crash post login
Can’t even Log In
If you can’t even get past the Create Account portion, you know this app and company sucks. No matter what I do, can’t get past it.
Garbage
After Meraki sold to Cisco Systems, its been a complete train wreck. Case of another great company’s start up software ruined by wall street and its share holders. Shame on Cisco for ruining what was once a great piece of software. Moving devices to Jamf as quickly as possible.
Keeps crashing
This app keeps crashing on the iPhone. Please fix.
Broken for iOS
This app was great, but it has been broken for several weeks now with the new iOS version. You would think it would be embarrassing for a tech company to not be able to repair there app for weeks at a time. The app launches, allows you to sign in and then goes to a white screen. This has been an issue for over a month. What a joke.

I can’t take it anymore. I struggle to get my job done. Since your rebrand this app and the Dashboard has given me troubles everyday on every device I use. I’ve been patient but this has gone on for weeks and weeks. Constant crashes, very slow load times, black screens. This is unacceptable

Don’t rely on it
I’m not sure where to start, but it does not perform what the dashboard does for starters. If you try to change a config of a aggregation port, you would assume it would change the config of the member ports as well. That would make too much sense. And unfortunately, there are no guarantees that any can take change I make through the app is going to be accurately reflected in the dashboard. I’ve been bit a few too many times.
