What Happened???
Since the ‘update’, now all my ‘parking’ activities are recorded as ‘charging’ and as you’d imagine, are all zero rated, as no actual charging takes place. Obviously a glitch in the coding, as ‘charging’ and ‘parking’ are captured as the same activity. Now totally useless and will stop using it, as the output is meaningless. What a shame, as before the ‘update’, the data was pretty accurate and encouraged more efficient behaviour…… 😡😡😡

The points system for offsetting or at least using them was ok.. And kept me interested..
Now it’s useless, just get to points to be on a tier system that derives no benefits what so ever…

I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do with the points once I have them?

The app is good all around however, if you live in anything other than a flat city it is a waste of time taking part in the challenges. There is no algorithmic offset for living in hilly terrain so if you are paired with someone in a city you will lose every time.
What update?
Message on opening app says I need to update the app. I click on the link and find the version I have is the latest one: updated three months ago. Seriously? I'm told to update when the update is not available. Poor service. 😟
