App continually crashes, login failures for a 24/7 access service this is terrible. There is no solution when the web browser version also crashes so you cannot access your documents or personal information when you require. There is no available tech support outside of business hours which defeats the purpose of claiming you can access these documents 24/7 I have updated and uninstalled, reinstalled and still cannot log in repeated error and failure of the app. This is not good enough

Useless
App never works and neither does the internet browser. It takes several refreshes for anything to load.
Fix it
Had our finance for 2 years now and I have probably only been able to access this app 5 times, maybe 10 to see or make extra repayments. It’s an absolute joke. It either doesn’t load from the start, or when you’re just about to do something it’ll crash.

Hardly ever works. Crashes. Can’t process anything I want to open or look at. Can’t send any of my communication requests to rectify. Website is no further help. I’m totally unable to view anything helpful and am yet to receive any assistance as half of my requests fail and the others I have no idea what happens with them. Horrific for a “luxury” brand.

Terrible user experience
I have removed this app and reinstalled it twice now, as it was crashing. When it does let me in it’s displaying these little grey rectangles everywhere making it difficult to see the data on the page. Would be happy to upload a screenshot…

Outstanding Amount
The Outstanding monthly amount no longer shows up, making it very difficult to work out how much is owing each month until it rolls over into the next month when it tells you that you have a certain amount owing.

Haven’t been able to sign into this app for four years tried contacting Mercedes-Benz finance on a number of occasion and still can’t sign in they can’t seem to fix it.
Crashes Far Too Often
I’m sure there were high hopes with this app - but it crashes WAY too often. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You’re automatically logged out after each use, and when you try to log back in you get a “things don’t appear to be working at the moment” text box. Apparently, things NEVER appear to be working on the app. Hopefully they can get it fixed, but I’m glad I won’t have to deal with it anymore.

Very glitchy and crashes a lot
Excellent when you’re able to log in
This app has a lot of bug issues that need to be resolved. The app itself once you can get access past the loading stage is great but the app fails to load frequently when opened. Reporting the problem online has issues with the letter character and word limit for describing the problem. Would be wonderful to have a fix, as this has been an ongoing issue for months.

Works 5% of the time
As per other reviews. The app continues to log me out, or comes up with things do not appear to be working. Honestly the app really on serves a limited amount of functions. It’s hard to understand why these things happen.
